This state-of-the-art 60,000 sq. ft medical laboratory and research facility is being built in the South Campus of UBC in Vancouver. Stormwater from the site will be infiltrated through a custom blend of Cascade Ecomedia designed to treat excess nutrients and other contaminants. The stormwater will be collected from the infiltration system and directed through a detention pond and bioswale before being discharged from site.
